Muriwai Beach, New Zealand

We went on a trip to Auckland and while we were there nipped off to see Sarah, Lex and Phil.

The photos from the previous evening (Lex's Birthday) did not really come out too well. You will figure out why when you see the only usable photo was a line of shoes Steve laid in order to get back to the right room when he went to bed !

Next day we went for some fresh air to Muriwai Beach. Steve had visited in the mid 90s and was suprised to remember the place.

All Black v Argies - September 2012

Met up with Bruce, Dee, John, Yvie, Tim and Bill !

Had a pizza and a few beers first (of course) then off to the stadium. Nearly a full house. We had good tickets and were in front of the press box, nect to "Danny C". The weather really pounded in and unlike the Ausies, the Argies seemed to want to win.

Lights went out just as the All Black came back on for the second half. Hint ... start playing better boys. In the end of good night and a good win. Phew. Sweet as.
