Silky Oaks, Mossman, Daintree Rainforest, Australia

Our next adventure was to go stay and the very reasonably priced Silky Oaks Lodge (http://www.silkyoakslodge.com.au/). Very relaxing. From there we organised some trips out into Daintree Rainforest. Mossman Centre is brand new and very quality. It is staffed by mostly Aborigines who take you out on a private tour. The summary of the private tour is don't go into the Rainforest unless you know what you are doing as it will kill you. However if you know what you are doing there is a wondrous array of stuff.
