Milford Track Day 4, New Zealand

Day 4 and a mere 13.5 mile walk to do today.

Now the old legs are a bit tender on the up and down bits so we will just be doing the flat today.

This day actually is probably the most awe inspiring as it is through the West Coast rainforest and the river is spectacular running through it. We race ahead at 100 miles per hours to lunch, then walk really slowly (incredibly slowly) through the last bit because A. we don't want to finish and B. we don't want to wait at Sandfly Point and be eaten by bugs.

The girls are right up our rear again

Over taking move completed

I'd walk 25.1 miles to see this view
